Sipas tij, lokacioni \u00ebsht\u00eb pran\u00eb autostrad\u00ebs dhe rrjetit optik, nd\u00ebrsa parcela nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb tok\u00eb bujq\u00ebsore produktive. N\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen, aty mund t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet edhe nj\u00eb central fotovoltaik p\u00ebr furnizimin me energji t\u00eb qendr\u00ebs. Projekti vler\u00ebsohet n\u00eb 20 milion\u00eb euro, ku rreth 30% do t\u00eb shpenzohen p\u00ebr pajisje, nd\u00ebrsa 70% p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e objektit. Qeveria planifikon q\u00eb qendra t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb modulare, duke mund\u00ebsuar zgjerimin e saj n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe infrastruktur\u00ebn p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e inteligjenc\u00ebs artificiale. Financimi do t\u00eb sigurohet me mjete shtet\u00ebrore dhe komponent\u00eb granti. Qeveria po zhvillon bisedime me institucione t\u00eb ndryshme financiare nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr sigurimin e financimit, pasi Banka Bot\u00ebrore nuk mund ta financoj\u00eb projektin p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mosp\u00ebrputhjes me k\u00ebrkesat e BE-s\u00eb. Sipas Andonovskit, blerja e pajisjeve pritet t\u00eb realizohet gjat\u00eb viteve 2027\u20132028, n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes s\u00eb \u00e7mimeve t\u00eb pajisjeve harduerike. Aktualisht, Maqedonia e Veriut ka vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb qend\u00ebr rezerv\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave n\u00eb Prilep, n\u00ebn kompetenc\u00eb t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Brendshme.
