Maqedonia e Veriut ka p\u00ebrjetuar nj\u00eb r\u00ebnie t\u00eb shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb lindjeve dhe nj\u00eb emigrim t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm t\u00eb familjeve t\u00eb reja p\u00ebr vite me radh\u00eb. Pasojat u pan\u00eb s\u00eb pari n\u00eb bankat bosh, dhe tani ato jan\u00eb t\u00eb dukshme edhe n\u00eb llogaritjet e shtetit p\u00ebr personelin. P\u00ebrmes programeve t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb trajnimit, zhvillimit profesional dhe avancimit n\u00eb karrier\u00eb, institucionet kan\u00eb koh\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqen t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb mekanizma p\u00ebr p\u00ebrshtatjen e stafit m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs me nevojat e reja t\u00eb sistemit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, thelbi \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb i thell\u00eb se riorganizimi i personelit. Sistemi arsimor po fillon t\u00eb ndiej\u00eb pasojat e erozionit demografik q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb injoruar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb. Klasat e zbraz\u00ebta nuk jan\u00eb m\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb problem lokal, por nj\u00eb sinjal se shteti po hyn n\u00eb nj\u00eb faz\u00eb kur do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb rip\u00ebrcaktoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb modelin e arsimit, numrin e shkollave, shp\u00ebrndarjen e personelit dhe financimin e sektorit publik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paradoksi \u00ebsht\u00eb se Maqedonia e Veriut nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht ka si \u201ctepric\u00eb\u201d ashtu edhe \u201cmunges\u00eb\u201d t\u00eb stafit \u2013 nj\u00eb tepric\u00eb m\u00ebsuesish n\u00eb disa shkolla dhe nj\u00eb munges\u00eb edukator\u00ebsh n\u00eb kopshte.
