Risit\u00eb kryesore p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb prezantimin e nj\u00eb viti arsimi parashkollor t\u00eb detyruesh\u00ebm, nj\u00eb matur\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore t\u00eb ridizajnuar plot\u00ebsisht me programe t\u00eb reja p\u00ebr provimet dhe vler\u00ebsim t\u00eb standardizuar, si dhe ndryshime t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb arsimin e lart\u00eb, si nj\u00eb sistem t\u00eb centralizuar digjital t\u00eb regjistrimit dhe prezantimi i studimeve t\u00eb shkurtra profesionale, transmeton Portalb.mk.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Demografia: sfida m\u00eb e madhe p\u00ebr sistemin arsimor<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ndryshimet demografike jan\u00eb nd\u00ebr nxit\u00ebsit m\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb t\u00eb strategjis\u00eb s\u00eb re. Sipas regjistrimit t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb t\u00eb vitit 2021, f\u00ebmij\u00ebt n\u00ebn 14 vjet p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb vet\u00ebm 16,9% t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb, gj\u00eb q\u00eb e pozicionon vendin n\u00eb grupin e vendeve me nj\u00eb popullsi me plakje t\u00eb theksuar dhe r\u00ebnie t\u00eb popullat\u00ebs s\u00eb re n\u00eb&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dw.com\/mk\/severna-makedonija\/t-41517070\"><strong>\u041c\u0430qedoni.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Q\u00eb nga viti 2000 numri i nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve n\u00eb arsimin fillor \u00ebsht\u00eb ulur p\u00ebr 28%, nd\u00ebrsa numri i m\u00ebsuesve \u00ebsht\u00eb rritur p\u00ebr 46%. Sipas MASH kjo ka \u00e7uar n\u00eb nj\u00eb raport prej 11,4 nx\u00ebn\u00ebs p\u00ebr m\u00ebsues, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i ul\u00ebt se mesatarja evropiane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Strategjia p\u00ebr arsimin 2026\u20132032 propozon nj\u00eb racionalizim t\u00eb shkollave p\u00ebrmes&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dw.com\/mk\/kako-makedonija-moze-da-go-pretvori-odlivot-na-mozoci-vo-cirkulacija-na-talenti\/a-76542565\"><strong>planifikimit m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb burimeve<\/strong><\/a>, uljes s\u00eb shpenzimeve p\u00ebr objekte t\u00eb paq\u00ebndrueshme, investimeve n\u00eb shkolla me potencial real p\u00ebr rritje dhe zhvillim n\u00eb qendra moderne rajonale arsimore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nj\u00eb vit arsim parashkollor i detyruesh\u00ebm<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga reformat m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme. Matjet p\u00ebrmes mjetit komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb arsimin parashkollor tregojn\u00eb se 70% e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs nga 3 deri n\u00eb 6 vjet nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur p\u00ebr n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb, gj\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb alarm p\u00ebr pabarazi strukturore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Viti i detyruesh\u00ebm i arsimit parashkollor synon ta zvog\u00ebloj\u00eb hendekun midis f\u00ebmij\u00ebve nga prejardhje t\u00eb ndryshme shoq\u00ebrore, t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitje universale dhe t\u00eb standardizuar, ta rris\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e institucioneve parashkollore dhe ta rris\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirjen e grupeve t\u00eb cenueshme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sa i p\u00ebrket arsimit fillor, parashikohet nj\u00eb kalim n\u00eb&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dw.com\/mk\/lektirite-na-provetruvane-sto-sakaat-decata-da-citaat\/a-74626253\"><strong>proces m\u00ebsimor n\u00eb nj\u00eb turn<\/strong><\/a>, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin duhen b\u00ebr\u00eb ndryshime serioze sistemike: si\u00e7 jan\u00eb rikonstruimi dhe zgjerimi i objekteve shkollore, p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i efikasitetit energjetik, krijimi i shkollave t\u00eb qasshme dhe gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse dhe ridizajnimi i dinamik\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme t\u00eb shkollave. Strategjia parashikon integrimin e inteligjenc\u00ebs artificiale, kompetencave t\u00eb gjelbra dhe aft\u00ebsive sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Praktika m\u00ebsimore duhet t\u00eb transformohet p\u00ebrmes modeleve t\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsuarit interaktiv, t\u00eb individualizuar dhe praktik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ekipe p\u00ebr k\u00ebshillim p\u00ebr karrier\u00eb<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sipas MASH rregullorja nga viti 1996 \u00ebsht\u00eb e vjetruar dhe nuk pasqyron nevojat bashk\u00ebkohore t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve dhe tregut t\u00eb pun\u00ebs. Prandaj, Ministria \u00ebsht\u00eb e mendimit se Ligji i ri do t\u00eb sjell\u00eb standarde t\u00eb qarta cil\u00ebsie, nj\u00eb struktur\u00eb t\u00eb modernizuar t\u00eb programeve t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs s\u00eb mesme t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme dhe profesionale, si dhe transparenc\u00eb dhe llogaridh\u00ebnie m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Arsimi dual ka nj\u00eb vend qendror, e q\u00eb i p\u00ebrfshin kompanit\u00eb n\u00eb procesin m\u00ebsimor, ofron m\u00ebsim praktik dhe i p\u00ebrgatit nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit drejtp\u00ebrdrejt p\u00ebr tregun e pun\u00ebs. N\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha shkollat \u200b\u200be mesme do t\u00eb krijohen ekipe p\u00ebr k\u00ebshillim p\u00ebr karrier\u00ebn, t\u00eb cilat do t\u2019i udh\u00ebzojn\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit n\u00eb zgjedhjen e nj\u00eb profili arsimor, fakulteti ose profesioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Koncept i ri i provimit t\u00eb matur\u00ebs<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bazuar n\u00eb Konceptin e miratuar n\u00eb vitin 2025 parashikohen kurrikula dhe programe t\u00eb reja p\u00ebr provimin p\u00ebr matur\u00ebn shtet\u00ebrore dhe matur\u00ebn shtet\u00ebrore t\u00eb deg\u00ebve t\u00eb artit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do t\u00eb vendosen kritere t\u00eb standardizuara vler\u00ebsimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar transparenc\u00eb dhe vler\u00ebsim t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr matur\u00ebn shtet\u00ebrore. Planifikohet nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsim i ndjesh\u00ebm i infrastruktur\u00ebs digjitale me pajisjen e shkollave \u200b\u200bme klasa smart, sigurim i internetit me shpejt\u00ebsi t\u00eb lart\u00eb dhe mjete moderne digjitale. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, parashikohet nj\u00eb kalim drejt nj\u00eb organizimi me nj\u00eb turn t\u00eb vet\u00ebm t\u00eb procesit m\u00ebsimor, me q\u00ebllim p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies dhe racionalizimin e burimeve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Arsimi i lart\u00eb: sistem qendror p\u00ebr regjistrim, studime t\u00eb shkurtra dhe monitorim i student\u00ebve<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Planifikohet vendosja e nj\u00eb sistemi qendror digjital p\u00ebr regjistrim n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dw.com\/mk\/univerziteti-pod-reforma-strogi-kriteriumi-za-profesorite-i-ukinuvane-na-studii-za-koi-nema-interes\/a-75844049\"><strong>universitete shtet\u00ebrore<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;(Common Admission System). Ky sistem i ri do t\u00eb mund\u00ebsoj\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb vetme aplikimi n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha universitetet shtet\u00ebrore, ndarje t\u00eb drejt\u00eb dhe transparente t\u00eb vendeve dhe nj\u00eb ulje t\u00eb barr\u00ebs administrative p\u00ebr student\u00ebt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nj\u00eb risi e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme \u00ebsht\u00eb prezantimi i studimeve t\u00eb shkurtra prej nj\u00eb deri n\u00eb dy vite q\u00eb do t\u00eb jen\u00eb nj\u00eb ur\u00eb lidh\u00ebse midis arsimit t\u00eb mes\u00ebm dhe tregut t\u00eb pun\u00ebs ose studimeve universitare, si dhe monitorimi i t\u00eb diplomuarve (Tracer study).
