Sepse s\u00ebmundjet e rralla po b\u00ebhen gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb shpeshta, si tek ne ashtu edhe n\u00eb bot\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb teknologjis\u00eb dhe metodologjis\u00eb s\u00eb zbulimit t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb faza t\u00eb hershme,\u201d tha Aliu.Duke marr\u00eb parasysh faktin se pacient\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb rinj, dhe ila\u00e7et lidhen me pesh\u00ebn e pacientit, \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb jet\u00eb e sakt\u00eb p\u00ebr numrin e pacient\u00ebve q\u00eb do t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbehen gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb vitit. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebllim, metodologjia ka ndryshuar dhe tani po hapim nj\u00eb procedur\u00eb p\u00ebr tre vjet. N\u00eb rast se shpenzohen m\u00eb shum\u00eb se sasit\u00eb q\u00eb ka shteti, do t\u00eb kemi koh\u00eb t\u00eb hapim nj\u00eb procedur\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, t\u00eb gjitha n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt t\u00eb marrin barnat n\u00eb koh\u00eb.
