I denoncuari, i cili sh\u00ebrbente si polic n\u00eb Departamentin p\u00ebr Mbrojtjen e Personave dhe Objekteve t\u00eb Caktuara, m\u00eb dat\u00eb 06.02.2026 n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201cDame Gruev\u201d n\u00eb Shkup ka drejtuar automjetin e tipit \u201cSeat Altea\u201d pa pasur leje drejtimi dhe pa dh\u00ebn\u00eb provimin p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs, duke u sjell\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pakujdesshme si pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs n\u00eb komunikacion dhe duke mos u rregulluar sipas rregullave t\u00eb siguris\u00eb.
