(47) nga \u00c7ashka p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb dyshimit se ai ka kryer vep\u00ebr penale \u201ckeqp\u00ebrdorim i pozit\u00ebs dhe autoritetit zyrtar\u201d sipas nenit 353 t\u00eb Kodit Penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb periudh\u00ebn nga janari 2021 deri n\u00eb dhjetor 2024, G.S. n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e kryetarit t\u00eb komun\u00ebs s\u00eb \u00c7ashk\u00ebs, ka vepruar n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me Ligjin p\u00ebr N\u00ebpun\u00ebsit Civil\u00eb dhe n\u00eb disa raste u ka paguar 10 personave t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar n\u00eb komun\u00ebn e \u00c7ashk\u00ebs para nga llogaria e buxhetit komunal n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb page karriere p\u00ebr nj\u00eb n\u00ebpun\u00ebs civil, edhe pse e dinte se ata nuk i plot\u00ebsonin kushtet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb n\u00ebpun\u00ebs civil.
