Sindroma metabolike p\u00ebrfshin nj\u00eb kombinim \u00e7rregullimesh si obeziteti abdominal, rezistenca ndaj insulin\u00ebs, diabeti i tipit 2, dislipidemia dhe hipertensioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prania e t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn tre prej k\u00ebtyre faktor\u00ebve mjafton p\u00ebr vendosjen e diagnoz\u00ebs. Personat e prekur kan\u00eb rrezik dyfish m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb p\u00ebr s\u00ebmundje kardiovaskulare dhe vdekje, si dhe pes\u00eb her\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb gjasa p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhvilluar diabet t\u00eb tipit 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Shifrat alarmante<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb nivel global, 30-40% e popullsis\u00eb adulte vuan nga m\u00ebl\u00e7ia e dhjamosur. Rreth 80% e pacient\u00ebve me MASLD jan\u00eb mbipesh\u00eb ose obez\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa 60-70% kan\u00eb dislipidemi, 50% hipertension dhe rreth 60% prediabet ose diabet t\u00eb tipit 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kur sheqeri kthehet n\u00eb yndyr\u00eb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MASLD zhvillohet kur m\u00ebl\u00e7ia p\u00ebrballet me m\u00eb shum\u00eb yndyra sesa mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunoj\u00eb. Kjo ndodh si pasoj\u00eb e:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">mb\u00ebrritjes s\u00eb sasive t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb acideve yndyrore nga ushqimi dhe indi dhjamor<br>konsumimit t\u00eb tepruar t\u00eb sheqernave, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht glukoz\u00ebs dhe fruktoz\u00ebs, q\u00eb gjenden n\u00eb pijet e \u00ebmbla dhe ushqimet ultra-t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunuara<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00ebl\u00e7ia i shnd\u00ebrron k\u00ebta sheqerna n\u00eb yndyr\u00eb p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb procesi t\u00eb quajtur lipogjenez\u00eb de novo, duke shtuar m\u00eb tej depozitimin e yndyrave n\u00eb qelizat hepatike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Simptomat dhe diagnoza<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e rasteve, MASLD nuk shoq\u00ebrohet me simptoma t\u00eb qarta. Aktualisht po studiohen edhe terapi t\u00eb reja medikamentoze.
