Kasami me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast tha se Tetov\u00ebn e gjet\u00ebm t\u00eb rr\u00ebnuar, sinonim i gropave dhe infrastruktur\u00ebs s\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruar, nj\u00eb qytet n\u00eb kolaps. \u201cSot, lagje pas lagje, Tetova po transformohet dhe po merr pamje tjet\u00ebr. Sot erdha t\u00eb shoh punimet n\u00eb Bllok 70, nj\u00eb lagje e harruar nga pushteti i m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm, me shum\u00eb probleme infrastrukturore. N\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Qeverin\u00eb, me nj\u00eb investim prej 15 milion\u00eb denar\u00eb arrit\u00ebm n\u00eb transformimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb Bllokut Urban 70. N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre projekteve p\u00ebr transformimin total t\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebs rrugore t\u00eb qytetit ton\u00eb, po nd\u00ebrtojm\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e rrug\u00ebve n\u00eb lagjen Drenovec, lagjen Teqe, lagjen Potok, lagjen Kolltuk, lagjen Jasht\u00eb Vardari, lagjen tek Xhamia e Rinis\u00eb, lagjen Tetovarja, lagjen Cetinsk\u00eb, bllokun urban p\u00ebrball\u00eb Tregut t\u00eb Gjelb\u00ebrt apo si\u00e7 njihet lagjeja Hajdu\u00e7ka\u201d, deklaroi kandidati p\u00ebr kryetar t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Tetov\u00ebs nga koalicioni VLEN, Bilall Kasami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kasami n\u00ebnvizoi se edhe n\u00eb vendbanimet rurale jan\u00eb duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb investime infrastrukturore. \u201cEdhe n\u00eb Re\u00e7ic\u00eb t\u00eb Vog\u00ebl, Re\u00e7ic\u00eb t\u00eb Madhe, Xhep\u00e7isht, Sellc\u00eb, Shipkovic\u00eb, Llac\u00eb, Saraqin\u00eb dhe n\u00eb shum\u00eb lagje dhe fshatra tjer\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuam dhe po nd\u00ebrtojm\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebn rrugore, duke i transformuar n\u00eb fshatra dhe lagje evropiane\u201d, theksoi Kasami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ai m\u00eb tej tha se rreth 7 milion\u00eb euro po investohen p\u00ebr infrastruktur\u00ebn baz\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e rrug\u00ebve t\u00eb reja moderne p\u00ebr lagjet dhe fshatrat e Tetov\u00ebs. \u201cNuk e kemi nd\u00ebrmend t\u00eb ndalemi. Gjithsej rreth 430 milion\u00eb denar\u00eb, ose rreth 7 milion\u00eb euro po investohen p\u00ebr infrastruktur\u00ebn baz\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e rrug\u00ebve t\u00eb reja moderne p\u00ebr lagjet dhe fshatrat e Tetov\u00ebs. Hap pas hapi po e transformojm\u00eb Tetov\u00ebn n\u00eb nj\u00eb qytet modern dhe urban, duke mbyllur shumic\u00ebn e problemeve infrastrukturore. Epoka e kaosit, pap\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb, Tetov\u00ebs s\u00eb rr\u00ebnuar dhe me gropa ka marr\u00eb fund. Progresi q\u00eb kemi arritur n\u00eb k\u00ebto 4 vjet nuk guxon t\u00eb ndalet. Tetova nuk guxon t\u00eb kthehet prapa. Tetova vazhdon p\u00ebrpara me Kapitullin e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb zhvillimit.
