Un\u00eb jam i mendimit se ata jan\u00eb faktori kryesor n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie dhe besoj n\u00eb shprehjen \u201cPeshku qelbet nga koka\u201d, por a jan\u00eb ndopak p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs edhe punonj\u00ebsit p\u00ebrkundrejt pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ligj\u00ebrisht nga pun\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit k\u00ebrkohet q\u00eb t\u00eb respektojn\u00eb udh\u00ebzimet, t\u00eb kryejn\u00eb me kujdes dhe cil\u00ebsi pun\u00ebn e ngarkuar, t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin me kujdes mjetet e pun\u00ebs, t\u00eb japin llogari p\u00ebr gjith\u00e7ka t\u00eb realizuar gjat\u00eb orarit t\u00eb pun\u00ebs, t\u00eb ruajn\u00eb me besnik\u00ebri interesat e kompanis\u00eb, t\u00eb respektojn\u00eb kodin e sjelljes t\u00eb kompanis\u00eb, etj. Pra, mendoj q\u00eb k\u00ebta jan\u00eb aspektet, tek t\u00eb cil\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrq\u00ebndrohet \u00e7do individ, q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb i vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm dhe t\u2019i p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsoj\u00eb me koh\u00ebn.
