M\u00eb her\u00ebt, m\u00eb 2 tetor, seanca n\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn t\u00eb merrej vendimi u anulua p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb situat\u00ebs politike<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kjo l\u00ebnd\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga gjithsej 13 iniciativa dhe parti politike, t\u00eb iniciuara nga OBRM-PDUKM, \u201cE Majta\u201d, si dhe organizata dhe profesor\u00eb nga sektori i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kryetari i Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese, Darko Kostadinovski, para disa muajsh kishte paralajm\u00ebruar se do t\u00eb caktohet seanc\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar p\u00ebr shfuqizimin e tre neneve nga Ligji p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e gjuh\u00ebve q\u00eb i referohen gjuh\u00ebs shqipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb situata ende \u00ebsht\u00eb e brisht\u00eb pas p\u00ebrplasjeve dhe incidenteve nd\u00ebretnike me djegien e flamujve, 11 dhjetori tani mbetet n\u00eb dor\u00eb t\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrjes apo jo t\u00eb gjykat\u00ebsve shqiptar\u00eb dhe komuniteteve. N\u00eb seanc\u00eb, jozyrtarisht \u00ebsht\u00eb paralajm\u00ebruar se nuk do t\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb Osman Kadriu dhe Naser Ajdari. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, gjykat\u00ebsi i komunitetit turk, Fatmir Skender sipas gjasave pritet t\u00eb mos e bojkotoj\u00eb seanc\u00ebn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An\u00ebtar\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb, me bojkotimin e seanc\u00ebs synojn\u00eb t\u00eb bllokojn\u00eb nisjen e procedur\u00ebs p\u00ebr Ligjin e Gjuh\u00ebve, pasi q\u00eb paraprakisht, sipas njoftimit zyrtar, Gjykata Kushtuese gjat\u00eb vitit 2022 dhe 2023 ka miratuar konkluzion q\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do procedur\u00eb lidhur me Ligjin e Gjuh\u00ebve, Marr\u00ebveshjes e Presp\u00ebs dhe Ligjin p\u00ebr Komunikime Elektronike, duhet vendoset me pjes\u00ebmarrje unanime t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb gjykat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>M&euml; 11 dhjetor, Gjykata Kushtetuese do t&euml; vendos&euml; p&euml;r fatin e Ligjit p&euml;r p&euml;rdorimin e gjuh&euml;ve.
